How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add your favourites to the cart, and checkout. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days within the UK.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery is £2.99 on orders under £15. Orders of £15 or more get free delivery.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment, but we may expand our shipping options in the future.
Are your products really one-of-a-kind?
Yes! Every blossom, bow, bandana, and bag is handmade by Emma, so once it's gone, it's gone. If you spot something you love, don't hang about.
What sizes do your products come in?
Our blossoms and bows come in a range of sizes, from mini to medium. Bandanas are available in S-M and M-L. Each product listing includes exact measurements so you can find the right fit for your pup.
How do the blossoms and bows attach to my dog's collar?
They slide on using an elastic loop on the back. We have two elastic sizes — 4cm (fits collar widths of 1.5–2.5cm) and 6cm (fits collar widths of 2.5–3.5cm). The elastic size is listed on each product page.
How do I care for my Hector's Threads accessories?
Bandanas can be machine washed on a delicate cycle and ironed afterwards. Blossoms, bows, and bags should be spot cleaned only with a damp cloth and mild soap. Full details are on our Care Guide page.
Can I return an item?
Yes — you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return, as long as it's in the same condition you received it, unworn, with tags and original packaging. Contact us at hectorsthreads@gmail.com to start a return. Full details are on our Returns Policy page.
Can I exchange an item?
The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order for the one you'd like instead.
Who is Hector?
Hector is our French Bulldog and the inspiration behind everything we do. He takes his role as chief product tester very seriously.
